In line with good practice, energy savings measures have been introduced in the PC suites as follows:

• After 20 minutes of idle time, the hard disk and monitor are put into sleep mode.Hitting a key or moving a mouse will wake them up.
  
• After 1 hour of idle time, PCs are shutdown. To wake up a PC, the power button should be pressed.
  
• At night all PCs are shut down from 22:30. They can be woken up the following day by pressing the power button.
