Infrastructure Renewal Programme (IRP)

‌‌‌‌‌‌As a result of a major investment by the University ISS are now replacing the main computing and storage infrastructure which is past end of life and no longer fit for purpose. The installation and initial configuration phases of the Infrastructure Renewal Project were completed during January and February 2015. P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) - Launching 20th January 2015

Fraudulent Emails Requesting Login Credentials

Phishing is an attempt to fraudulently acquire sensitive information, such as username and password, by masquerading as a trustworthy organisation or individual in an email message. ISS DO NOT and WILL NEVER request details of your password by an email mail-shot. If you receive a message asking for your email account details, delete it without response and report the ’phishing’ email to the Service Desk
