Reporting (Discoverer) is available online via OracleBI Discoverer at Discoverer Reports CORE HR/Payroll.

You use your CORE HR/payroll login ID and password.
What kind of reports are available from Discoverer Reports CORE HR/Payroll?
Oracle Reporting Services is the front end tool to access the data in the Core HR/Payroll database. All existing reports are created in-house, by Core HR/Payroll users.
How do I request access to Discoverer Reports CORE HR/Payroll?
Access to existing reports can be requested by contacting the Service Desk. Please include approval (by email) of the report owner.
I cannot access a report on Reporting Services (Discoverer)?
Please contact the Service Desk with details of the report name and login ID.

Each College/School or Research Unit has been provided with a generic departmental unique login ID and password. Please contact your Head of College/School or Research Unit for the log in information.
A full list of ISS maintained reports are available. To view this list;
- Select Open an existing workbook and click Browse...
From the Open Workbook from Database screen, select EUL10g and click Open
From the QUERCUS.EUGL10g - Oracle BI Discoverer - Windows Internet Explorer screen,
go to the bottom tool bar and click on 03 - Workbooks, Business Areas and Sheets
Workbooks Created by “ Quercus” are created and maintained by ISS
Reports can be exported to Excel
How to Export to Excel from Discoverer Web:
- Click on the Export to Excel button (this is the end button on the top toolbar)
- It goes to documents and settings folder (for Windows XP) and to C:Users your staff id folder for Windows 7
Click on Export to Excel button again to see the location
- Alternatively you can go to File (top left hand corner) and select Export to Excel
