Does NUI, Galway have a site licence for Maple software?

Yes. NUI, Galway has signed up for a site licence agreement for Maple software with a renewal date of 01-Oct. 

How can I get Maple software for my computer?

  • Maple is available in the PC Suites. 

  • Students 
    Maple offer a student edition - available for purchase
      
  • Staff 
    The Maple installation CD is available from the Service Desk. Note that a network installation is recommended for on-campus use (see below for details). or alternatively you may access Maple using our Software Self Service option.  

    Maple is available to postgraduate researchers for on-campus use only i.e. researchers who have a desktop computer linked to the campus network (excluding wireless connections). Note that a network installation is recommended for on-campus use (see below for details).

Can I install Maple software on my home computer?

Yes, for permanent staff members only. The installation CD is available from the Service Desk.
