A is a NUI Galway staff member who is the single point of contact for each Unit‌‌/School/ College and Three Customer Care.

Who is my Nominated Contact?

Check with the administration staff in your own Unit‌‌/School/College to confirm who your Nominated Contact is. If you are still unsure email  servicedesknuigalway.ie quoting your name, Unit‌‌/School/ College, and budget code.  Information Solutions & Services  will contact Three on your behalf to confirm who the named contact is.

What can a Nominated Contact do?

A Nominated Contact, on behalf of staff within your Unit/School/College, can order a new/upgrade device, activate a SIM card, purchase a roaming bundle, query your Three bill.

How do I order a new connection - Mobile Phone/iPhone/USB Modem?

As a Nominated Contact, you can order a new device onbehalf of staff within your Unit/School/College. From Blueclick.ie, view the devices available to NUI Galway users. Follow the steps on  and submition to Three.

How do I activate a new SIM?

Once your new device and SIM are delivered, login to blueclick.ie go to Services Requests and click Activate a new SIM.

How can I change the Three Nominated Contact?

Head of Unit/School/College must make a request by email to the servicedesk@nuigalway.ie. Providing the current contact and the new nominated contact's name and details.
