- iPhones are available to order, through the University e-Government Contract and Three.
- iPads can be ordered from contracted University Mac Suppliers. Contact these suppliers for more info on options and costs
Important
Three have advised us that the battery life of this device is approximately one day. We recommend when purchasing your iPhone you also purchase an iPhone Car Charger. A standard iPhone cover is also available to purchase.
After-sales queries, support and faulty iPhone/iPad must to be directed to the Apple Care Team on 1850 946 191. Please note that this can lead to longer repair time on faulty devices.

Ordering the iPhone
- How do i order a new device?
- Your Order is then sent to your Nominated Contact for confirmation and submition to Three.
Activate a SIM
Once your device and SIM are delivered, login to blueclick.ie go to Services Requests and click Activate a new SIM
Setup Email
If you purchase an iPhone, iPad or iPad Mini you can setup the device to receive your NUI Galway Staff Email.

Roaming
Roaming and International Calls are automatically disabled (unless you specify otherwise). - Login to blueclick.ie and from the home screen click on Returns & Repairs. Complete the prompted questions and Three will be in contact with you regarding organizing collection of your device for repair. Or you can complete the Three Business Direct Handset Repair Form
