University-approved Student Residences Student Residences (self catering)Student Residences provide self-catering housing specifically for NUI Galway students. Each student residence is managed independently of the University. Demand for Student Residences is always high, so incoming students are strongly advised to book accommodation as early as possible. For details on locations and costings for each Student Residence visit http://www.nuigalway.ie/accommodation Private sector houses and apartments (self catering)Another popular option with NUI Galway students is to share a private house or apartment with other students close to campus. A list of available properties is available from the Accommodation Office and students can also search other local media for accommodation listings.
