Students in the LLM in Law, Technology and Governance enjoyed a day trip to Dublin in June 2011. They visited the Four Courts, where they were given a talk on the Commercial Court by its presiding judge, Mr. Justice Peter Kelly, pictured below left, observed the courts at hearing and spoke with legal practitioners about the realities of their work. They also visited the seat of the Irish parliament, Leinster House, where Senator Rónán Mullen, pictured below right, arranged for them to have a tour of the building and learn about its history and practices.
