Chloe is a research assistant working in the school of medicine at NUI Galway. She has a BA in Psychology and an MSc in Health Psychology, both from NUI Galway.

Chloe has a strong interest in health behaviour change, particularly pertaining to health professionals and patient safety, and teaches on a behaviour change module delivered to medical students on their GP rotation. She is currently working on an number of projects with the common aim of improving patient safety in both primary and secondary care. 

Chloe also has a strong interest in simulation-based medical education and is involved in a number of projects using simulation technology in the training of various skills in health professionals.

Chloe also has a background in intellectual disability and serves as a reviewer for the Journal of Developmental and Physical Disabilities. 

Research Interests

Chloe's research interests include: patient safety, simulation-based medical education, precision teaching, health behaviour change, intellectual disability and improving access to, and quality of, healthcare.
