Clinical Trials Research Programmes

Thecatchment area of UCHG contains a population of c. 1 million, providing sufficient numbers for running successful clinical trial programmes. The College and HSE West are actively seeking funding to provide a state-of-the-art Clinical Research Facility which will enable an expansion of these investigations. Current programmes under this heading include the following:

1.  National Co-ordinating Centre for Critical Care Trials/Perioperative Outcomes Research Group
