Health Services Research Programmes

This interdisciplinary research work aims to support new approaches to health service provsion. The main focus is on chronic disease management, related to the core themes of diabetes and cardiovascular disease. The outcome from this research will deliver new knowledge on the effectiveness of disease management in clinical practice.
