Project: To construct from the Irish annals, genealogies, dinnsheanchas texts, and saints' lives a catalogue of the tribal and dynastic names of medieval Connacht, and a prosopography of the province's significant secular and ecclesiastical men and women. These compendia will be correlated with the repository of Connacht placenames collected by the LOCUS Project at UCC.
