Module facilitators

Your primary contact within the IT Online programme will be with the facilitator you have for each module. Your module facilitator will guide you through the module material via the discussion forum, mark your assignments and provide feedback, and provide provisional marks at the end of each module.

Your module facilitator will contact you, via WorldClass, prior to the start of each module. Your facilitator will post an introduction and their Facilitator Expectations document; it is important to read and respond to this document at the start of each module.

Should you have any questions during the course of a module, your facilitator will likely be able to answer them. The academic coordinator and administrator are also available to both students and facilitators to discuss specific questions, issues and/or feedback.
