Late submission of final exam

If, due to extreme extenuating circumstances, you know that you will be unable to submit the final exam for a module by the end of Week 8, you must inform your facilitator well in advance.

You must complete an Examination Extension Request Form and e-mail this to your facilitator no later than the end of Week 6. You will then have the choice of agreeing one of the following options with your facilitator:

• You may submit the exam up to one week after the final submission deadline, or
  
• If you do not submit the exam within one week, you will receive an "Incomplete" grade for the module. You will then be given a new final examination which must be submitted by Week 8 of the next term.

If you do not give your facilitator a completed Examination Extension Request form by the end of Week 6, and you do not submit your examination by the stated deadline, you will receive a "Fail" grade for the module.
