dr. Pat Morgan, vice president for the student Experience

Dr Pat Morgan was appointed as Vice-President for the Student Experience in November, 2011. Dr. Morgan previously served as Dean of Graduate Studies (2008-2011) and Dean of the College of Science (1998-2004). She was appointed as a lecturer in Biochemistry in 1992 and involved in the development of the B.Sc. in Biotechnology (1992-98). In 2008, she was presented with a Presidential Award for Teaching Excellence.

Dr. Morgan is an elected member of NUI Galway’s Governing Authority since 1998 and an elected member of the NUI Senate since 2002. She is alumnus of NUI Galway having graduated with B.Sc. and PhD degrees.
