Biography:
| Following periods of working at Warwick Business School, Newcastle University
Business School and Nottingham University Business School, I worked as professor
in International Business and Director of the Strathclyde International Business
Unit at Strathclyde Business School, 2001-7. In May 2007 I moved to NUIG as
Professor of International Management and was Head of the Management Department
for three years. My research interests are in the field of international
management with a particular focus on Global Talent Management, Global Staffing
and the role of the Corporate HR function in the international firm.
