Ms Josephine Igoe B.Comm, MBS, PhD

Biography:
| Josephine Igoe joined the Discipline of Management in September 2004. She
attained her prior degrees BComm (Hons) and MBS from UCD, after which Josephine
worked for two years as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the
Department of Management and Marketing at University of Limerick (UL).
Following this Josephine took up a position as Lecturer in Management within the
Department of Management & Marketing at UL which she held for nine years
prior to joining NUI Galway. Josephine has taught on various international
programmes, and has been a visiting lecturer to University of Wroclaw, Poland,
and University of Maastricht, Holland. Josephine is currently finalizing her PhD
Degree at University of Warwick. Within the Discipline, Josephine is Academic
Director of MSc Strategy, Innovation & People Management, which was
nominated by GradIreland for Best Postgraduate Programme in Business (2010).
Josephine also organizes the Disciplines’ International Research Seminar
Series, which to date has been host to over 25 internationally recognized
