Biography:

Tom Hickey joined the Law School in September 2011. He graduated with a B.C.L. from NUI Galway in 2003, and with an LL.M. from Cambridge University (Queens’ College) in 2005. He completed his Ph.D. (“Liberty as Non-Domination and Ethical Difference in the Modern Polity”) in August 2010 at NUI Galway. He was a visiting research scholar at Princeton University (at the University Center for Human Values) in 2009.
