Biography

Michelle Millar, BA, MA, PhD (Limerick) Senior Lecturer at the School of Political Science and Sociology and Research Fellow at the UNESCO Child and Family Research Centre, NUI Galway. Michelle is the Chair of the Teaching and Learning Committee at the School of Political Science and Sociology. Her current research interest focuses on labour market activation and those parenting alone as well as social inclusion and parenting. 

Michelle is currently an NUI Galway participant in the Aurora Women only Leadership Programme.
