She is an Associate member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and the Irish Taxation Institute, holds a Master of Accounting and is currently undertaking doctoral research examining the operation and consequences of management control systems in audit firms.
Ríona lectures in Finance at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and Accounting and Taxation at undergraduate level in the School of Business & Economics.
