Biography

Gabriela Gliga, PhD is a lecturer in Marketing at the National University of Ireland, Galway.  Gabriela’s research interests lie at the intersection of marketing and entrepreneurship. Small, resource-constrained firms are a particular area of interest. Her PhD thesis focused on these areas. 

Gabriela currently works with colleagues at NUI Galway and other institutions, researching in the areas of Entrepreneurial Marketing and International Entrepreneurship. Her work has been published in the Journal of International Entrepreneurship and Qualitative Market Research: An international Journal. She has also served as a Guest Editor for the Journal of International Entrepreneurship.
 

Gabriela teaches at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels and is engaged in the supervision of Applied Marketing Projects across the MSc in Marketing Management and the MSc in International Marketing and Entrepreneurship. 
 

Gabriela also acts as External Examiner at Cork Institute of Technology, Ireland.
