Biography

I have been a lecturer in NUI Galway for 27 years. I received my degree and Ph.D from the Department of Government, Essex University.  I lecture on the final year course, Comparative Public Policy and teach on all years of the undergraduate programme.  I have published extensively on a wide range of public policy fields in both national and international journals.
