Performance Indicators
Under Partnership 2000 significant progress was made in the development of partnership in the University. The current national wage agreement Programme for Prosperity and Fairness (PPF) requires the continuation of the development of partnership at the level of the enterprise. For example the final wage increase of 4%, is dependent on specific performance indicators being established for the University within a specified timetable.
The performance indicators have already been agreed between the University and the Unions. The partnership group have also agreed these performance indicators, as required by the PPF.
A subgroup of the partnership group is currently working on the implementation of these performance indicators within NUI Galway.
