International Advisory Board

PPI Ignite @ University of Galway is advised by an International Advisory Board (IAB). 

The IAB advises on impact, dissemination and relevance of the various work streams and also ensures international best practice, standards and developments in the area of PPI are highlighted and communicated to the Steering Committee and core team. The Ignite team have had individual consultations with IAB members in August  2018 and the next meeting is scheduled for May 2020.

  • Ann Cosgrove, Chief Operating Officer, Saolta University Health Care Group, Uviversity Hospital Galway
  • Paul Manners, Director and Associate Professor in Public Engagement, National Coordinating Centre for Public Engagement, University of the West of England
