Procurement Policy April 2013

The NUI Galway Procurement Policy is approved by University Management Team (UMT). This Policy defines its obligations, responsibilities, and threshold requirements when spending University Funds. It is the responsibility of each Budget Holder to ensure that all monies spent from a University budget is in accordance with this Policy. The Procurement Policy can be viewed here .

Procurement & Financial Procedures

The Procurement & Financial Procedures is a supplementary document to the Policy, explaining how the Budget Holder shall adhere to and apply the University Procurement Policy.
