Procurement & Financial Policy
The NUI Galway Procurement & Financial Policy is approved by the Finance Resource Committee and Údaras na hOllscoile. The Policy defines requirements such as the authority and responsibility, spend limits and legislation when spending University Funds. It is the responsibility of each Budget Holder to ensure that all monies spent from a University budget is in accordance with this Policy.

The Procurement & Financial Procedures is a supplementary document to the Policy, explaining how the Budget Holder shall adhere to and apply the University Procurement & Financial Policy.
