The BA in Training and Education focuses on extending the competence of those in training roles. On successful completion of the programme, participants will be able to:
Students will have to attend 1-day and 2-day workshops throughout the academic year (see table below). This usually amounts to 8 days in Year 3 and 6 days in Year 4.

Assessment is based on a combination of written assignments, written examinations, online contributions and a work-based project.
Participants must successfully complete Year 3 before proceeding to Year 4 of the Bachelor of Arts (Training & Education) programme.
Participants who successfully complete the Bachelor of Arts (Training & Education) may progress to Master of Arts in Adult Learning and Development.
