Reporting Diagram

Quality and innovation is overseen by the Governing Authority of the university. Quality reviews of academic and support units are executed by the Director of Quality and the Quality Office. The Director of Quality reports to the Vice President of Innovation and Performance and indirectly to the Registrar and Executive Director of Operations. The primary mechanism for quality and innovation is the peer review process agreed among all seven constituent universities of the Irish Universities Quality Board. The process begins with a review list approved by the Quality and Innovation Commitee and communicated to the Governing Authority through the minutes of the Academic Council, APRC and Support Services Committee.  Review Reports and resulting Actions Plans also follow the same reporting lines.
