Visiting and erasmus Students

A Visiting Student

Is a student of another University, admitted to NUI Galway to undertake a programme of study, normally for one year or one semester. If you are attending NUI Galway on a Study Abroad or Erasmus programme, you are a Visiting Student.

Registration...

Visiting and Erasmus Students do not have to register pre-arrival. Registration documentation will be available for collection at the Orientation Session on the 2 ^nd September, 2011. Registration for courses will take place approximately 10 days after arrival and students will be given further details about Course Selection at the Orientation Session.

Please submit a passport sized photo with your application. Otherwise please submit a passport sized photo by email to reghelpnuigalway.ie after the 13 th August, 2011. The photo should be saved as studentname_idnumber.jpeg (i.e. joebloggs_89008890.jpg). Students who do not submit a photo will not receive an ID Card at Orientation.
