Collect youR Card

NB.
Only new postgraduate and new undergraduate students will be receiving a Student ID card. The card issued last year to all current students will remain your Student ID for the duration of your course at NUIG. If you have lost your card you can request a replacement card from the Student Contact Centre. The replacement fee is €30.

1st Year Undergraduate Students

Please see collection schedule for dates of when you can collect your card.

Your Student ID Card can be collected on the 1st Floor, Áras Uí Chathail (See Campus map http://www.nuigalway.ie/campus-map/).

You just need to bring along your birth certificate or passport or driving licence and your PPS number as we require verification of these items before we can issue you with your Student ID Card.

International Students: Please note you will need to bring your passport only for ID card collection.

1st Year Postgraduate Students

You will be able to collect your Student ID card from the 5th - 9th September (9.45 - 4.30) on the 1st Floor, Áras Uí Chathail. (See Campus Map http://www.nuigalway.ie/campus-map/)

nuigalway.ie with your College and Course name as the subject. (e.g. College of Business, Commerce)
And include your Student ID number, course name and query in the e-mail.
