Ph.D Programme (Structured Ph.D in Regenerative Medicine)

Over 24 Ph.D students have graduated from REMEDI to date. Ph.D students who have done research and training have gone on to careers in academic research (in Ireland and the U.S), industrial research and development, management of clinical trials as well as clinical practice.

Taught M.Sc in Regenerative Medicine

In 2007 NUI Galway launched a 1-year taught M.Sc. in Regenerative Medicine, one of the first of its kind worldwide. The course is coordinated and partially taught by members of REMEDI.

Clinician Scientist Training

A central part of REMEDI’s mission is to build a strong bridge between fundamental scientific investigation of disease mechanisms and the application of this knowledge for diagnosis and treatment of diseases in the clinic.
