Research Project Area: 

A major focus of his own work comprises neurodegenerative and premature aging diseases. His research involves developing induced pluripotent stem cell (iPS) based laboratory models of human central nervous system disease lines to investigate the pathophysiology of human congenital disease. Currently the lab focuses on diseases of premature ageing, central nervous system monogenicdisease, and heart compliants such as dilated cardiomyopathy.
