The main goal of Claas's project is to determine the relationship between differentiation potential and immune modulatory function in clonally-selected MSCs of mouse and human. Furthermore we are trying to develop primary mouse and human marrow stromal cell clones optimised for in vivo anti-inflammatory efficacy in acute tissue ischemia.
