Opening an Account

Congratulations! You have obtained funding. Now you need to open up your research account.

The  Contract Set up form must be fully completed and then forwarded to Patricia Walsh, Technology Transfer Office to ensure that the information complies with the contract.

The form is then forwarded to Research Accounts( researchaccountsnuigalway.ie)  Once the Research Accounting Office has set up the account the Project Leader will receive an email with the account number and a summary on how to charge items to the research account.

The Account holder may wish to give read only online access to the research account to certain staff members. An email to  researchaccountsnuigalway.ie giving the account numbers and names is all that is required.
