Science experience summer event 2013

SESE 2013 offers 5th and 6th year students two full days of hands-on, practical Science experience.  Get a taste of life as a scientist with and decide if Science is the career for you.

• Opportunities to see Lab demonstrations and to do your own lab experiments
• Tours of the research facilities at NUI Galway
• Find out more about careers in Science
• Hear about the latest discoveries and inventions

How to apply:

Applications for SESE 2013 are submitted online at www.nuigalway.ie/summer-schools.  The last date for receipt of applications has been extended to Sunday 26th May 2013.  The number of participants in the SESE is limited, and due to strong interest in the event we can not accept all students who apply.  Students will be informed in early June whether they have been selected to attend.

A fee of €30 applies to this event and will cover costs of lunch and break time refreshments.  If you are successfully selected you will be contacted regarding fee payment..
