*The recognised “Student” status in SESEH 2012 is a student currently registered in a university or a research institute who has not been awarded a PhD degree by the date of June 30, 2012.

Information for delivery of invitation letters via an EXPRESS MAIL:

For delegates who are in urgent need, the DHL express mail service is provided. The cost of DHL delivery to China is €72, and takes 2 days. The cost to more remote areas is €92 and can take up to 4 days. Please ask SESEH 2012 conference secretary (via Contact page) for the price, and make your payment using the online registration system. Please ensure that you are 100% happy with the electronic version of the invitation letter before it is sent off as this must be prepaid to DHL and we are not responsible for any errors when approved.

CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Conditions of Registration

1.  All registrations and accommodation fees must be paid in advance by credit card or bank transfer.

2.  Delegates are strongly advised to arrange their own personal insurance to cover medical and other expenses including accident, illness, theft or loss. The organising committee and its agents do not accept responsibility for any of the above.  Where a delegate has to cancel for medical reasons, the normal cancellation policy will apply. It is recommended that citizens from EU countries bring with them a current E111 form.

3.  The organisers reserve the right to alter any of the programme or other arrangements for this Conference including cancellation or postponement of the event should unforeseen circumstances require it. The organisers accept no responsibility for resulting costs or inconvenience to participants in this case. Participants are requested to have their own travel insurance in place and are responsible for all travel arrangements including visa applications if required.

4. The participants agree for their details to be included in the list of conference participants for official use by the conference organisers.

5. The organising committee and/or its agents do not accept responsibility for any inconvenience or costs due to non-availability of booked accommodation, tours or social events.  In the event of unavailability, monies received will be refunded to participants if suitable alternatives cannot be provided.

6. Accommodation reservations request are subject to availability.  In the event that the accommodation type is not available, the nearest type will be assigned pending the approval of the participant.

7.  Any alterations or revisions to the accommodation requirements booked here must be sent in writing to info@conferenceorganisers.ie and not to the accommodation provider.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations of registration fees, accommodation, conference dinners, tours or field trips must be sent in writing to info@conferenceorganisers.ie.  Cancellations cannot be accepted by telephone.

Cancellation of registration fee will incur the following cancellation charges:

before 6 July 2012

A full refund less an administration charge of €50

after 6 July 2012

50% cancellation charge will apply

after 20 July 2012

No refund available

 Cancellation of accommodation will incur the following cancellation charges: 

before 6 July 2012

A full refund less an administration charge of €50

after 6 July 2012

1 nights’ accommodation charged

after 27 July 2012

No refund available

 Cancellation of tours, conference dinner or field trip will incur the following cancellation charges:

A full refund

50% cancellation charge will apply

No refund available

 Refunds will be processed 4 to 6 weeks after the close of the conference.
