Undergraduate Open Day 2019

The Open Day on October 11th takes place from 10:30-13:00 and is open to prospective students, parents/guardians, guidance counselors and teachers.  Take a tour of the facilities with current students and meet the admissions team, who will be available throughout the day to answer questions. Talks will commence at 11:00 am and offer a great opportunity to learn more about the undergraduate degree programmes at Shannon College. We will hold a Work Placement Fair with students and our dedicated placements team where prospective students can learn all about the placement opportunities that lie ahead, should they choose Shannon College.

Visitors will have an opportunity to interact with students and staff throughout the event which begins at 17:00 sharp. The open evening is an interactive event with the following talks and demos planned:

  • General Information and Applications Workshop
  • Work Placement Fair with students 
  • Culinary Demonstration
  • Restaurant and Bar Service Demonstration
  • College Tours
