I research
culture
and
identity
in work and organizations. Over the last ten years, I have studied
construction sector work,and
non-profit organizations in international development. I am currently researching
banking and finance
organizations in relation to these topics.
I am interested in
qualitative methodologies including ethnography. Theoretically, I have written on the contribution of psychoanalysis, feminism and poststructuralism to the understanding of workplace identity and culture.
I welcome working with PhD students in any of these areas, and on related ideas.
