  • How to recognise the symptoms, source and causes of unwanted pressure, anxiety and stress

  • How to differentiate between rational and irrational behaviour, anxiety, worry, fear, etc

  • How to identify and manage the source of our stress, our thoughts

  • Gain an insight into why we react the way we do and what we can do about it

  • Identify unhelpful behaviours and ways of changing them

  • Mindfulness, what it is, how it works and how it can help

  • Techniques, practices and exercises to help manage stress
