I can't collect my grant cheque - What do I do?

If you are unable to collect your maintenance grant cheque in person due to

  • Work placement
  • B. Comm (International) - 3rd year study abroad
  • BA (International) - 3rd year study abroad

please complete the Unable to collect grant cheque and return it to the Fees Office, NUI Galway

The Fees Office is located on the ground floor of Áras Uí Chathail (beside Áras na Mac Léinn/Bailey Allen Hall) 

We are open from 10 a.m. until 12.30 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. until 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
