Undergraduate
Student who have completed their Secondary Level education in Eqypt with good grades are required to complete a recognised foundation year programme before applying for admission to undergraduate degree programmes at NUI Galway (see below).
Postgraduate
Postgraduate entry requirements vary by programme, however applicants presenting a four year bachelor degree with first class honours from a recognised public or private university in Egypt will be considered for admission to NUI Galway.
Ghana
Undergraduate
Student who have completed their Secondary Level education in Ghana with good grades are required to complete a recognised foundation year programme before applying for admission to undergraduate degree programmes at NUI Galway (see below).

Nigeria

Uganda
Undergraduate
Student who have completed their Secondary Level education in Uganda with good grades are required to complete a recognised foundation year programme before applying for admission to undergraduate degree programmes at NUI Galway (see below).
Postgraduate
Postgraduate entry requirements vary by programme, however applicants presenting a bachelor degree with first class honours from an accredited university in Uganda will be considered for admission to NUI Galway.

Foundation Programmes
Applicants from non-English speaking countries are normally required to complete a foundation programme before gaining admission to an undergraduate degree.
NUI Galway does not offer an on-campus foundation programme, however we work with the following providers in Ireland:

Atlantic Language School, Galway
