What we offer:
- Information on Student Welfare Support Services provided by the University
- A personalised response to enquiries made by students, parents, members of University staff and others in relation to welfare concerns of students with referral to relevant support service as appropriate.
- Information on and facilitation of Applications for the Student Assistance Fund
- Communication of decisions on applications for the Student Assistance Fund.
What can you expect from us
- A courteous, personalised, confidential service
- Desk Service from 9.45 am to 12.45 pm and 2.30 pm to 4.45 pm
- Tel. Service from 9.45 am to 12.45 pm and 2.30 pm to 4.45 pm
- email service – we strive to reply to you within 24 hours
- A personal private consultation, with a member of our staff, by appointment, if required
- Accurate, relevant information, including appropriate referral to specific support service/s where needed or thought necessary
