What we offer:
- General information on Student Services provided by the University
- Help on sourcing accommodation
- Advice on tenant rights
- Mediation and dispute resolution in relation to accommodation
- Financial Aid in the event of hardship
- A personalised response to enquiries made by students, parents, members of University staff and others in relation to concerns of students with referral to relevant support service as appropriate.
What can you expect from us
- A personal private consultation, with a member of our staff, by appointment, if required
- Accurate, relevant information, including appropriate referral to specific support service/s where needed or thought necessary
- Opening times from 09.45 - 12.45 and 14.30 - 16.45 Monday to Friday
- A response to voicemails and emails within 24 hours.
