Checklist for leaving University before Course Completion

Visit Student Information Desk, Ground Floor, Áras Uí Chathail

• Complete, sign and submit Course Withdrawal Form
• Complete and submit Course Withdrawal Form – Research
• Complete and submit Course Withdrawal Survey and if you are a postgraduate research student the Exit Survey from the Graduate Studies Office.
• Return ID Card and Parking Permit

Visit the Fees Office, 1^st Floor, Áras Uí Chathail 

• Seek advice on and take note of any financial liabilities that the decision to de-register may involve.
• Seek advice on and take note of any financial implications that a future decision to return to University may involve.

Visit the Library 

• Return borrowed books
• Pay outstanding fines

Visit Students’ Union 

• Return Locker Key

As a courtesy, visit or email your School to inform them of the decision.
