Dr Tony Dundon
Tony Dundon is Senior Lecturer in employment relations and HRM at the J.E. Cairnes School of Business and Economics, National University of Ireland Galway. He previously worked at Manchester School of Management, University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST) and has held a number of international visiting research fellowships, at the Department of Work and Organisational Studies, University of Sydney; Bowater School of Management, Deakin University, Melbourne; and at the Centre for Employment Relations Research, University of Herefordshire. He has over 150 publications including referred journal article, books and book chapters, and research monographs in the areas of employee consultation and employee voice, social partnership, organisational performance, HRM in small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and non-union employment relations. Dr Dundon is Editor of the Human Resource Management Journal (HRMJ) and Chief Examiner for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD): employee relations. He has held competitive research grants in excess of €1.5 million from a range of public and private sector bodies, including the IRCHSS, ERSC, HEA, and Enterprise Ireland.
