CISC hosted a major one day conference on eCommerce, on 24th June 2003 at NUI Galway, organised as a joint initiative of the Centre, the Information Systems group at the Department of Accountancy and Finance at NUI Galway and CollECTeR (Collaborative Electronic Commerce Technology and Research.).

The central theme for CollECTeR (Europe) 2003 is 'e-Innovation'. The conference is intended to attract researchers interested in all aspects of Electronic Commerce and in particular to attract researchers interested in theoretical or operational aspects of innovative e-commerce processes and techniques, enabling technologies, or business goals.
