Biography

Samantha is a Clinical Midwife Tutor in the School of Nursing and Midwifery, National University of Ireland, Galway. She is involved in the teaching of clinical skills of the undergraduate and postgraduate midwifery programme within the School of Nursing and Midwifery. Prior to commencing her role at the National University of Ireland, Galway she worked as a Staff Nurse, Staff Midwife and Clinical Skills Facilitator in Midwifery. Samantha is a registered nurse and midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland. She hold's an MSc in Advanced Pain Management with Prescriptive Authority from the University College of Dublin (UCD); a BSc in General Nursing from the National University of Ireland, Galway and PGCE in Wound Management from St. Angela's College, Sligo.
