Course Overview
The aim of this Master’s programme is to develop the knowledge and skills required for a career in Occupational Health and Safety and/or Ergonomics. The programme is open to a range of candidates, including recent graduates, those with a primary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety and/or Ergonomics or a related area, and professionals wishing to add to their qualifications. Semester One exams: December.
Semester Two exams: April/May.
A range of assessment methods are integrated and applied through-out the programme. These include essays, projects, reports, presentations and case studies.

Course Outline
Candidates must complete at least four and up to six courses from a list of subjects provided. Courses include:

- Regulatory Affairs
In addition, candidates must submit their year’s work, which will be continuously assessed, and candidates are required to write a research thesis on a topic agreed and approved by their supervisor

EU full-time programme: €6,815 p.a. (GYE00 / 1AP1); EU part-time programme: €3,465 p.a. (GYE01 / 1AP2).
Postgraduate students in receipt of a SUSI grant—please note an F4 grant is where SUSI will pay €2,000 towards your tuition. You will be liable for the remainder of the total fee. An F5 grant is where SUSI will pay TUITION up to a maximum of €6,270. SUSI will not cover the student levy of €224.
