Booking an appointment with the Career Development Centre
The CDC team are working online currently due to COVID-19.
Submit a query on Careers Connect
If you would like specific careers support or have a question for the CDC team please raise a query outlining your request and we will get in touch with you through the most appropriate channel for your needs. If you are working on your CV, please see the information below.
In order to reach as many students as possible the majority of queries will be replied to through the query system and we will also hold a range of virtual Q&A sessions during the term. Depending on your query you may need to be booked in for a MS Teams appointment.
We are also running numerous online events and virtual drop-ins, please see our events calendar as there may be an event relevant to your query. Check out upcoming events here (students must be logged into their Office365 account to access).
The CDC have also made many resources available to NUI Galway students on your new Careers-information for students sharepoint. To access you will need to be logged into your Office365 account.
During semester, appointments are restricted to current, registered students only.
Using MS Teams
All students have access to MS Teams through your Office 365 account but you might find it better to download the app into your device or laptop. Here are some tips for setting it up MS Teams appointment setup
