Every Day Matters Video Series 
What we say and do every day matters, particularly when we are faced with challenges and stressors. Student Services, in collaboration with UCC and Student Affairs Ireland, have developed 3 short videos which will help you to focus on the things that you have control over. Take 10 minutes to look at 3 short videos here (or even 3 minutes to look at 1!) and set yourself up for a good day!
