Stewarding  Services on Campus during Covid-19 Reopening Period

Buildings & Estates continue to offer a Stewarding Service on Campus during Covid -19 Reopening Period. Requests for Stewarding Services should be made through the Buildings and Estates Helpdesk by emailing

All requests received will be individually risk accessed to comply with Covid-19 social distancing guidelines and Health and Safety guidelines. Once the risk assessment is complete, we will schedule your request. Please note that due to Covid19 restrictions extended timelines likely for completion.

When logging your request you must clearly state:

  1. The exact location of items that need to be moved
  2. Confirmation that the items themselves are clearly identified with suitable signage
  3. Exact location the item are to be moved to
  4. If your item is being removed from a lab, the Decontamination Certificate must be scanned and emailed with your request. It will not be possible to schedule your request until a copy of the cert has been received

 The requestor must be available by phone at the scheduled time of the collection.
