Catering on campus is provided by a number of professional companies, all of which pride themselves on standards of excellence in food and service.

There are a number of superb venues on our University campus for fine dining, from the Aula Maxima which dates back to 1845, to the stylish new Bailey Allen Hall which can cater for 500 guests for a gala banquet.

For day-to-day catering requirements associated with meetings, seminars and conferences, the University has appointed a panel of caterers, in addition to the campus-based caterers, who can provide catering services on a regular basis, from early morning office meetings to lunch-time gatherings.

Gala Dinners

For formal occasions such as gala dinners, the Aula Maxima, which dates back to 1845, is a truly impressive setting and ideal for up to 120 guests. Barbecues

A 19th century factory now tastefully decorated but still boasting original features such as a latted timed ceiling supported by cast iron trussed steel, is home to the Café Bar.
